WFLOAD – Oracle Workflow Loader utility


WFLOAD:

The loader is a utility that moves workflow data between a file and a database. It is used to upgrade,upload and download the workflow data.

DOWNLOAD -The download operation of the loader is invoked in the following manner:

WFLOAD logon [0 Y ] DOWNLOAD []

where
logon Specifies a standard Oracle logon string of the form username/password[@connect_string]; if connect_string is omitted, it is taken in a platform-specific manner from the environment using the name TWO_TASK

0 Y Concurrent program flags
datafile Specifies the data file to write (usually with a suffix of .wft item type Specifies the item type to begin the download

UPLOAD
The upload operations of the loader is invoked in the following manner:

WFLOAD logon [ 0 Y ] UPLOAD datafile []

where
logon Specifies a standard Oracle logon string of the form username/password[@connect_string]; if connect_string is omitted, it is taken in a platform-specific manner from the environment using the name TWO_TASK

0 Y Concurrent program flags

datafile Specifies the data file to read (usually with a suffix of .ldt, but not enforced or supplied by the loader) item type Specifies the item type to begin the download

  1. I cannot remember where to place the file to be uploaded on the server. What directory is the file placed so that the when the WFLOAD apps/pwd UPLOAD command is run the command reads the file?
